Kristin Lindeen - Keynote Speaker & FacilitatorKristin has almost two decades of experience sharing the message of QBQ! to hundreds of organizations. She is passionate about facilitating discussion around the topic of personal accountability. She grew up in the home of QBQ! as the oldest of seven Miller children. She’s VP of Everything at QBQ, Inc. and holds a Master’s in Curriculum, Instruction, and Corporate Education. Kristin has created several tools based on QBQ! including an accountability curriculum for schools titled I Own It! and co-authoring The QBQ! Workbook, published by Penguin Random House. Kristin facilitates sessions on the content found in John G. Miller’s three books: QBQ!, Flipping the Switch, and Outstanding. Kristin brings energy and expertise to every presentation, whether live, in-person, or on virtual platforms.

Cohen is also a dedicated servant leader in the community. In 2021, he was elected Mayor of DeKalb and, amidst his successful career, he’s dedicated time to serve as president or chairman on many organizations.

Thomas Walstrom - Principal Business EconomistThomas Walstrum is a principal business economist in the economic research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. His responsibilities include the Seventh District's contribution to the Beige Book, the Chicago Fed Survey of Economic Conditions, and briefings for the Chicago Fed president on Seventh District economic conditions. He also is a contributing author to the Bank's Chicago Fed Insights article series. Walstrum holds a B.A. in economics from Wheaton College, Illinois, and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, with concentrations in labor and urban and regional economics.
